Delhi High Court accepts plea to shift 65 foreign deposits to second place

The petition has been accepted by the Delhi High Court to shift the relocation of 65 foreign depositors belonging to Tablighi Jamaat. While hearing the petition, the court has allowed foreign depositors to move out of Miraj International School and shift to Texan Public School in Maujpur.

Explain that 65 depositors had asked the High Court for permission to shift to Mirage International School, citing that the system is not good. He had said in the petition that if he is not removed from there soon, then the risk of getting sick will be higher. Therefore, the court changed its order of 28 May and ordered these 65 foreigners to shift to Texan Public School, Maujpur. Along with this, the court said that if in the future they have trouble living anywhere and if they feel that their health can be useless, then they can give a presentation directly to the Delhi Police and then shift with the permission of the court.

It is noteworthy that 955 foreigners had joined the Nizamuddin’s Markaz. Who were housed in the Institutional Quarantine Center from 30 March. After their arrival in the corona test, all the above deposits were kept in the Institutional Quarantine Center. According to the order of the High Court, which came a few days later, all foreign deposits were arranged to stay in different places in Delhi. Let us tell that foreign nationals of 35 nations had joined Nizmuddin’s Markaj. Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet against them in Saket Court of Delhi. A total of 47 chargesheets have been filed against foreign deposits so far.
