THE STORY BEHIND THE 21 NEW CASES OF MONKEYPOX IN NEW YORK WILL HAUNT YOU FOREVER!

Monkeypox is not stopping its train, it is rising day by day. There hasn’t been a break in the monkey pox speed. Monkeypox is not spreading like covid 19 but still, it’s not lesser than that. Recently, there was a maximum of 14 cases in a day but today it stood up to 21 and we don’t know what number of cases will be registered tomorrow. The government of different states is trying their best to stop the monkey pox epidemic but unfortunately, the disease is not coming into the hands of the government. However, the WHO is also attempting its best to put out the vaccines for monkeypox as soon as possible.

On 17 July 2022, 21 news cases were recorded by the health department in New York. These cases originated in Sullivan county and one of them was in Westchester. According to the city’s health authorities, the most recent instances are unrelated to travel, implying that person-to-person transmission is occurring.

The majority of these persons had minor diseases, were not hospitalised, and were able to heal on their own. Monkeypox rash and blisters can be irritating and painful even when the infection is minor. We’re keeping an eye on things and will look into any additional possible incidents.

Although the individuals tested positive for orthopoxvirus, the virus family that includes monkeypox, the CDC and local health officials say it’s critical to treat a confirmed orthopoxvirus case as part of the current monkeypox outbreak at this time.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) remade monkeypox precaution shortly, as the number of suspected cases in 18 states thrived to 72, making it America’s largest-ever inflammation of the disease, which is generally restricted to other continents.

Just people show should follow the instructions given by the government so as not to have close contact with any person because you don’t know that either the person is infected by monkeypox or not. So, it’s better not to stay in close contact like sex, kissing etc.
