I have lost several kilos and now I am smarter than before. My brain works better than before. Talati further says, now the water holding capacity in my body has increased. My digestion has improved a lot. The skin allergy which was earlier is no longer there. Glow has come on the face and hair has started growing.

Describing her ordeal in many forms of fasting, Radhika said that she has realized that people eat because they get bored. I have encouraged many such people to observe fast. Now a lot has changed in his life. Continho said that although fasting is not liked by everyone. But if someone does not like one form of fasting, then there are many forms of fasting. For example, if someone does not like dry fasting due to UTI, then he can fast from time to time without eating anything without any rules. This is called Intermittent Fasting. Even water is not drunk in dry fasting.
